Clear Aligners, or invisible braces, consist of a set of clear, removable trays that are custom-fitted to your teeth. The aligners are worn for 20-22 hours a day and are changed as your teeth shift. If clear aligners are right for you, Dr. George will assess your specific case. A clear aligner may be able to correct some bite discrepancies, but not all. The tray material of clear aligners is more fragile than metal braces, but they are more aesthetically pleasing. The cost may also be higher than traditional metal braces.
